Wigge has advised Areim in their divestment of ten properties within the light industrial sector located in Gothenburg, Greater Stockholm, and Uppsala to Hines European Property Partners.
The properties comprise of approximately 28,000 square meters of lettable area, which are let out to 94 percent and are placed in strategically strong geo-locations.
Areim’s light industrial portfolio now consists of around 70 properties, with a total lettable area of approximately 337,000 square meters.
