Wigge advises Mofast AB (Publ) in connection with its rights issue, which is expected to provide the company with proceeds of approximately SEK 150 million before deduction of issue costs.
The team from Wigge consists of Henrik Fritz, Cajsa Wennerberg, Carl Hedström and Julia Kihl.
