Wigge advises Myntro AB on issuance of AT1 bonds

Wigge has advised Myntro AB (formerly Rediem Capital AB) in connection with the issuance of additional tier 1 notes (AT1 notes). Nordea acted as arranger in relation to the issuance.

The issuance comprised subordinated perpetual capital instruments in an aggregate amount of SEK 160 million. The notes carry a floating interest rate of 3-month STIBOR plus 7.50 per cent per annum and were issued at a price of 100 per cent of the nominal amount.

The transaction constitutes an instrument intended to qualify as Additional Tier 1 capital in accordance with applicable capital adequacy rules, including CRR, and thereby strengthens Myntro’s regulatory capital base. The issuance enhances the company’s financial flexibility and supports continued growth within its core business areas.

Myntro is a European credit market company supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, investing in and managing portfolios of non-performing loans as well as providing debt management and collection services.
