Wigge advises Qliro in connection with its equity raise of approximately SEK 100 million in total

Wigge advises Qliro AB (publ) with a rights issue of approximately SEK 60 million, secured to 100 percent, with an over-allotment issue of up to approximately SEK 40 million.

Qliro is a leading fintech company offering safe and simple digital payment solutions, including a complete check-out to e-merchants.

The company’s shares are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.
