Wigge has advised Kravia Gruppen, a Norwegian fintech company backed, among others, by Verdane and Amp Eleven, in connection with its acquisition of Billecta AB from SaveLend Group. Billecta is a Swedish fintech company providing invoicing and debt collection services. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
