Wigge has advised VIMAB Group AB (publ) in connection with a rights issue, which is expected to provide the company with proceeds of approximately SEK 127.4 million before deduction of issue costs. The rights issue is guaranteed to approximately 71.7 percent through guarantee commitments amounting to approximately SEK 91.3 million.
