Wigge & Partners has represented Stora Frö Invest AB and other minority owners in the sale of PropTech Sweden AB and its subsidiaries Ömangruppen Svenska AB and Axcell Fastighetspartner AB to Procuritas. The group is a leading player in ventilation, energy efficiency and other property-related services. Through 30 local offices and with over 300 employees, the group currently has operations throughout southern Sweden as well as Luleå and Örnsköldsvik.
