Wigge & Partners represents Nimbus Group in a directed share issue

Nimbus Group AB (publ) has completed a directed share issue of 1,937,781 shares at a subscription price of SEK 41.00 per share. Nimbus Group intends to use the net proceeds from the directed issue to finance the acquisition of EdgeWater PowerBoats, LLC, a North American manufacturer of powerboats, for a cash consideration of USD 9.5 million on a cash and debt free basis.
