Wigge has advised Willhem AB (publ) on the acquisition of two properties with 294 residential apartments in Björkekärr, Gothenburg from K-Fastigheter. The agreed property value is SEK 875 million and the total lettable area is 16,895 square meters.
Willhem is a residential real estate company owned by Första AP-fonden.
