Wigge & Partners represents Nimbus Group AB (publ) and majority owner R12 Kapital AB in the IPO of Nimbus Group on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
Carnegie and Nordea are Joint Bookrunners, and the offering was supported by cornerstone investors: RoosGruppen AB, ODIN Fonder, filial till ODIN forvaltning AS, Norge, Lazard Asset Management (Deutschland) GmbH, Handelsbanken Fonder AB, Briban Invest AB and LMK Venture Partners AB.
The prospectus was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority today and is published and available at www.nimbusgroup.se. Trading in Nimbus Group’s shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market is expected to begin on or around 9 February 2021.
