Fredrik Arvebratt is a Senior Associate and works with M&A, Private Equity, and Banking and Finance. Fredrik advises on cross-border and Swedish M&A transactions in the small- and mid-cap segments. He also advises in connection with all types of financing transactions, such as acquisition financings, project financings, asset-based lending facilities, corporate loans, and real estate financings.
