Wigge & Partners has advised PodX Group Aktiebolag in connection with their acquisition of a majority stake in Filt, a podcast production company in Sweden which produces podcasts for, among others, Sveriges Radio, Podme and Storytel.PodX Group’s business concept is to invest in podcast producers who create the best content and, together with the founders, develop the companies into leading producers in each market and segment.
