Wigge & Partners has advised Altor Fund IV in connection with its acquisition of GVP Communication AB, the holding company of the Swedish customer care company Xzakt Kundrelation, from the founder Gunilla von Platen. Xzakt will be a sister company of Altor’s portfolio company Transcom WorldWide.
