Wigge has acted as Swedish legal advisor to a consortium led by Gotlandsbolaget in connection with its acquisition of 30 percent of the shares in the EQT-owned ferry company Nordic Ferry Infrastructure for approximately SEK 6 billion

Wigge has acted as Swedish legal advisor to a consortium led by Rederiaktiebolaget Gotland AB (publ) (Gotlandsbolaget), together with Interogo Infrastructure och Lægernes Pension, which, through a newly incorporated entity NP HoldCo AS, has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of 30 percent of the shares in Nordic Ferry Infrastructure for approximately SEK 6 billion. Gorrissen Federspiel has acted as lead counsel in the transaction. EQT Infrastructure V is the seller and will retain a majority ownership in Nordic Ferry Infrastructure. Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Nordic Ferry Infrastructure is a leading company in Nordic maritime infrastructure with operations in Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Through its companies Torghatten and Molslinjen, it operates a diversified platform comprising 59 routes served by 101 vessels.
