Wigge has advised Areim in their acquisition from Castellum of four properties in Sollentuna, covering 20,000 square meters. The total sale price amounts to MSEK 361. Through this acquisition, Areim is expanding its warehouse and light industrial portfolio in the Greater Stockholm area to approximately 125,000 square meters.
