Wigge has advised Willhem in connection with its acquisition of a property in Malmö, comprising 73 rental apartments and 1 commercial unit with a total lettable area of 3,854 square meters. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 200 million.
Willhem already owns and manages 1,545 rental apartments in Malmö at a property value of SEK 4,930 million. The acquisition further strengthens Willhem’s presence in Sweden’s major metropolitan regions.
