The project comprises 289 rental apartments, a garage with 85 parking spaces, and two commercial units. The total residential area is approximately 13,000 sqm, and the total commercial area is approximately 200 sqm. The project is acquired from Reliwe, with development and construction to be handled by Reliwe and Consto, with estimated completion in early 2027.
