Wigge has represented Golfverket AB in its acquisition of the golf business from Haninge GK, including the real property where the golf course is situated, and in connection with the reinvestment by the seller in Golfverket AB. The Transaction also included negotiation and entering into of a long-term cooperation- and right of use agreement between Golfverket and Haninge Golfklubb.
