Infranode acquires a school property from Platzer

Wigge has advised Infranode in connection with the acquisition and financing of a school property in Gothenburg from Platzer. The school has been developed by Platzer and was completed duing the summer of 2024.

The property comprises approximately 10,000 sqm of lettable area and is leased to Internationella Engelska Skolan. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 552 million.

The investors behind Infranode include Flotsam, KPA Pension, Fjärde AP-fonden, Storebrand, KEVA, and EIB.
