Profile
Hampus Eriksson is Counsel in Wigge’s Banking and Finance practice group.
He advises Swedish and international banks, financial institutions, borrowers and investors in connection with domestic and international acquisition financings, syndicated and bilateral loans, real estate financings, project financings, asset-based lending facilities, bonds and other capital markets financings, as well as restructurings of distressed debt.
Hampus also advises large corporations on the establishment of complex joint ventures, particularly in the energy sector.
