Wigge has advised Jordanes Properties AS on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Snack Properties AS, which through subsidiaries owns four industrial properties in Alvdal, Hønefoss, Namsos, and Gothenburg, with production facilities operated by Scandza, a portfolio company of Jordanes. Jordanes previously held an indirect 34% stake through Snack Alternativt Investeringsfond AS.
Wigge acted as local counsel advising on Swedish legal issues.
