Wigge has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of EdgeGuide AB, a Swedish consulting company that specializes in IT strategy, security and cloud services, to NetNordic.
The team from Wigge consisted of Michael Wigge (partner), Julia Conzen (associate) and Malcolm Hamilton (associate).
