Wigge & Partners has acted as lead counsel in connection with the Stockholm-based entertainment powerhouse Pophouse Entertainment Group’s acquisition of 75 per cent of the master recordings and publishing rights of Avicii’s full back catalogue. Further, Pophouse Entertaintment Group and the parents of Tim Bergling, Klas Bergling and Anki Lidén, have created a joint venture to develop and amplify Avicii’s legacy worldwide. Wigge & Partners has worked together with Time Danowsky which has contributed with their expertise in relation to certain complex IP issues.
