Wigge has acted as legal advisor to Ankarhagen in connection with Ankarhagen’s acquisition of 49% of the shares in Luxora Invest AB, whose property portfolio consists of 77,000 sq. m. of warehouse and industrial space.
The transaction is primarily financed through a share issue of SEK 70 million to Jofam AB. In connection with the share issue, Wigge assisted also, in connection with the transaction, with a notification of foreign direct investments (FDI) to the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products (ISP).
