Wigge has advised MVI as one of the sellers in connection with the divestment of all shares in European Convenience Food GmbH to the French agri-food group Lambert Dodard Chancereul. European Convenience Food GmbH is the leader in Germany in the market for cooked and frozen processed products and a key player in out-of-home catering on the domestic market
