Wigge has advised Werksta Group, the leading car damage repair chain in the Nordics, in connection with its acquisition of J BIL Skadecenter AB and the damage repair business of WÄ BIL. Werksta Group thereby have expanded to 52 body repair shops in Sweden.
Wigge’s deal team consisted of Henrik Wenckert, Louise Sörelind and Julia Kihl.
