Wigge & Partners advised IMAS Foundation in connection with its equity investment into Northvolt to enable the establishment of a factory for lithium-ion battery cells in Sundsvall.
Northvolt raised 1 billion USD in the transaction, where IMAS participated alongside Volkswagen Group, Goldman Sachs, BMW Group, AMF and Folksam. Northvolt in a European supplier of sustainable, high-quality battery cells and systems. The Wigge team included Frida Sander and Maria Nilsson.
