Maria Bellak specialises in M&A and Private Equity. Maria has experience of cross-border and Swedish transactions in the small- and mid-cap segments, including as project manager in buy-and-build projects, joint ventures, asset transfers and capital raisings, particularly within private equity. Maria also regularly advises on matters relating to commercial contract law and alternative investments and fund formation.
