Wigge & Partners has advised Backaheden Fastighets AB in connection with a mandatory offer to the shareholders of Backaheden Fastighets made by Stenhus Fastigheter I Norden AB. The offer price is SEK 66 per share, which values Backaheden Fastighets at approximately SEK 323 million.
