Wigge & Partners has advised MVI and the minority sellers in connection with the divestment of Art Clinic to Aleris. Art clinic offers specialist care within orthopedics, including spine surgery, as well as plastic surgery on behalf of publicly funded care providers, insurance companies and towards private care consumers. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
