Wigge has acted as a legal advisor to Infranode in connection with the acquisition and financing of two properties in Telestaden from Rikshem and Ikano Bostad. The properties comprise approximately 29,000 sqm of lettable area, with the majority consisting of office space and elderly care facilities. The largest tenants are the Swedish Police Authority and Attendo. The investors behind Infranode are, among others, Folksam, KPA Pension, Fjärde AP-fonden, Storebrand, KEVA, and EIB.
