John Mattson has entered into an agreement for the sale of the property Tryckregulatorn 1 on Lidingö. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 525 million before deduction for deferred tax. The buyer is Resinova Bostads AB.
The property Tryckregulatorn 1 is located in Dalénum, a new district on Lidingö which has emerged in the area of the old AGA-factory. The property, which was completed in 2015, consists of 146 residential flats and a garage with 121 parking spaces. The total lettable area is 9,220 sq m of which 95 per cent is residential.
