Wigge has advised the buyer in connection with the acquisition of TruckMountedAttenuator-bolaget Sweden AB, a company based in Central Sweden that carries out maintenance of national road infrastructure. Nordic Roadways is a Swedish company that acquires and develops essential infrastructure companies that build and maintain Sweden’s infrastructure.
