Wigge is expanding its partnership and appoints Daniel Elinder, Maria Bellak and Patrik Brage as partners.
These appointments reflect the firm’s long‑term commitment to transaction‑driven and specialised practice areas, as well as its ambition to continue providing market‑leading advice to both Swedish and international clients.
Daniel Elinder is specialised in alternative investments and fund formation and regularly advises a broad range of investors – from large financial institutions to smaller family offices – on fund investments, co‑investments and secondaries across asset classes such as venture, growth, buyout, infrastructure, private debt and real estate.
Maria Bellak focuses on M&A and Private Equity and has extensive experience of cross‑border and domestic transactions in the small and mid‑cap segment, including acting as project lead in buy‑and‑build platforms, joint ventures, asset deals and capital raisings, as well as advising on commercial contracts and alternative investments and fund structures.
Patrik Brage primarily works with real estate transactions and has broad experience of Swedish and international property deals, including single‑asset and portfolio transactions, lease agreements and other commercial use rights, as well as general real estate law.
“Daniel, Maria and Patrik have all demonstrated strong client focus, high technical skills and a clear ability to lead complex transactions – qualities that are at the core of Wigge Partners’ culture and offering,” says Patrick Forslund, head of the board at Wigge. “Their promotions are a natural step in the firm’s development and ensure that we can continue to meet growing demand within funds and investments, M&A/Private Equity and real estate.”
