Wigge & Partners advised Svenska Handelsfastigheter in connection with the acquisition of 12 properties from Coop Syd. The properties are located in Skåne and Blekinge with a total lettable area of approximately 16,500 sqm. The largest tenant Coop will lease 95 per cent of the premises at the properties for a period of ten years from closing of the transaction.
