Wigge & Partners has advised MVI Fund I AB and Great Security Holding AB in connection with the acquisition of WASA Alarm AB, a Gothenburg-based company that offers intelligent subscription-based alarm and camera solutions for corporate and private customers. The company was founded in 2005 and has grown successfully over the years and created a well-known brand in West Sweden.
