Wigge & Partners has advised MVI Fund I AB and Great Security Holding AB in connection with the acquisition of Vadsbolås and Vadsbolarm. The acquired companies are market leaders in the Skaraborg area with strong brands and a complete range of security technology offerings. The companies have grown to a revenue of approximately SEK 80 million, and are currently present in seven locations: Mariestad, Skövde, Lidköping, Skara, Falköping, Tidaholm, and Herrljunga.
