Wigge & Partners has advised the sellers in connection with the divestment of MyMoney Europe to the Sambla group. MyMoney is a leading player when it comes to offering competitive loans primarily for car purchases. The company will now become part of the Sambla Group, with Nordic Capital as a strong owner, which, in 2022, had a turnover of SEK 1.4 billion. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
