Wigge & Partners has advised the sellers in connection with the divestment of the Swedish auction platform PS Auction

Wigge & Partners has advised MVI and the minority sellers in connection with the divestment of PS Intressenter to TBAuctions, majority owned by fund(s) managed by Castik Capital and its co-investor Summa Equity. TBAuctions is one of the largest online auctioneers in Europe, operating through the platforms Troostwijk Auctions (B2B), BVA Auctions (B2C), Belgian brand Vavato and British Medical Auctions. The transactions are subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed in April 2022.
