Wigge represents Svenska Handelsfastigheter in connection with a restructuring aimed at simplifying the company’s capital and share structure. The restructuring package has included decisions on redemption and conversion of shares as well as the issuance of shares and warrants. As part of the restructuring, Svenska Handelsfastigheter has also received a total of 1.2 billion SEK from its largest shareholders Fjärde AP-fonden, Kåpan Pensioner, and Länsförsäkringar Liv.
