Magnus is responsible for Regulatory and Sustainable Finance and Risk Management at Wigge. He specializes in financial regulation and EU law, including FDI and competition law. Magnus has extensive regulatory experience from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, the European Court of Justice, Swedish courts and from law firms. He holds a PhD in EU law.
Magnus assists with licensing and marketing issues related to the financial market and other transaction regulatory issues.
He regularly represents clients in contacts with authorities such as the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, the Swedish Strategic Products Inspectorate and the Swedish Competition Authority. He has extensive litigation experience and has represented clients in several financial regulatory cases, including before the European Court of Justice.
