Wigge & Partners has advised Brunswick Real Estate and Allianz Real Estate in connection with a SEK 1,560,000,000 loan financing to Gränby Centrum AB (an indirect subsidiary of Atrium Ljungberg AB (publ)). The loan is backed by Gränbystaden Galleria with over 70 shops and c. 7 million visitors per year.
